I’m sure everyone has seen the new USA Today visual identity. The folks over at Wolff Olins (and USA Today) are having a little fun with Stephen Colbert’s hilarious coverage.
This back and forth between design and media is just great. It’s a reminder to not be so serious all the time about what we do. Unless we’re designing the UI for the latest touch screen medical devices, we’re not saving lives iterating on the next graphic identity for our client. It’s good to be able to laugh at ourselves.
